Five-Sixty-One's weekly Chef's Tasting Menu, available every Thursday and Friday, features a variety of dishes prepared with the freshest seasonal ingredients. Lunch and Dinner menus are overseen by our instructors and prepared and served by our students, making for a one-of-a-kind dining experience.
